As I read the article of montalvan, I've learned that it is good for us to have a Family Planning in order to minimize the Population Growth and malnutrition that is the main problem in our country as of now. In that way, we can prevent abortion as one also the problem of the philippines. I agree also the two child policy because now adays, many people looking for a job for their family. If the population is always increasing many of the people are suffering from crisis. And the other siblings can't go to school because of kahirapan. Other parent's abandon their child cause they cannot afford their daily needs. And the government must be strict in that policy because it's only for our own good.
